The 45,000 sf Lutgert Professional Center represents a new era in office design where the health of employees and customers, sustainability and resiliency are at the forefront of design.

Using the latest in electronic access controls, one can go from car to desk without having to touch a door or elevator button and restrooms are touch-free.

The ground floor is raised 3 feet above surrounding grade to eliminate the chances for seasonal flooding the impact rated glass and cast-in-place concrete structure will resist winds greater than 165 mph.

Lighting was cast into the concrete to create a subtle glow on the entry steps.

Covered parking under the building.

Building area and parking are maximized by reducing the ground floor area and extending the second and third floors over parking and drives. This results in two weather protected entrances and 30 covered parking spaces.

Eight covered spaces are formed by pushing the first floor space to the north. This move also gives the first floor space its own identity and allows for a rooftop gathering space at the second floor.

The low E, insulated window walls provide large amounts of natural daylight without the heat. Custom fabricated shade fins designed by the architects keeps direct sunlight off the windows to reduce glare and heat gain. The expanded metal is solid in the direction of sunlight and appears open from the inside to allow filtered views.

Our cantilevered curtain wall element on the south façade, featuring almost 90 feet of unobstructed glass was selected by Venture X as the signature space in their office.

Our design features dual cooling towers with enhanced air changes and fresh air as well as the latest filtering technology and UV light to kill viruses and bacteria.

he Lutgert Professional Center is certified LEED Gold, the first and only class A office building in Collier County to achieve this feat. This certification by USGBC means the building has met extremely high standards in relation to indoor air quality, sustainability, energy efficiency, building materials used, stormwater retention and environmentally friendly site planning.
