The 45,000 SF Lutgert Professional Center represents a new era in office design where the health of employees and customers, sustainability and resiliency are at the forefront of design.

The ground floor is raised 3 feet above surrounding grade to eliminate the chances for seasonal flooding the impact rated glass and cast-in-place concrete structure will resist winds in excess of 165 mph.

Our design features an advanced HVAC system with dual, air cooled chillers focused on indoor air quality and efficiency. The system makes indoor air changes at a rate of 30% higher than base line, and IAQ is enhanced with UV light and advanced filtering technology. Energy modeling has shown that the system is 39% more efficient than an average HVAC system.

Building area and parking are maximized by reducing the ground floor area and extending the second and third floors over parking and drives.  This results in two weather protected entrances and 20 covered parking spaces. This project is LEED Gold registered and will be complete in early 2021.
